Lianne has over four years experience in postnatal fitness combined with a wider background in the health and fitness industry.

Before launching Super Mumma Fitness I was a personal trainer and gym instructor at Studio 360 Fitness in Billericay. I’ve always enjoyed helping others improve their condition and confidence through exercise. It was during personal sessions and gym classes that I found my passion for helping mums and my interest in postnatal fitness. I love teaching my classes and seeing so many mums make great progress while having fun along the way!
